At NXT Pro Cleaning, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every cleaning and strive to deliver a service that exceeds expectations.

Because cleaning is a time-based service performed by a professional, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we do offer a strong satisfaction guarantee to ensure every client feels supported and valued.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
2.Tell us which areas did not meet your expectations.
3.We will return and re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost.
 
Important Notes:-
  1. Re-cleans must be scheduled within 3 days of your original service.
  2. The space must remain in the same condition as when the cleaning was 

 

completed.

  1. Refunds are not provided for:
  2. homes that were excessively cluttered or unsafe to clean,
  3. services not included in the original booking,
  4. issues reported after the 24-hour window,
  5. incomplete access (locked rooms, blocked areas, etc.).

 

Why we use a re-clean guarantee instead of cash refunds

This policy ensures fairness for both you and our cleaner. Cleaning work requires labor, time, and travel—once performed, it cannot be “returned.” Our guarantee allows us to correct the issue and deliver the quality you deserve while keeping our service reliable and sustainable.
